Hello all,

Just got myself a K plate silver 16v XR2i for nice sum of £20... It was sat in my aunts driveway when she got her new house and she wanted it moved!

She needs some work, but the engine runs fine, tyres are good so I can't grumble! Needs the rear quarter/fuel filler repairing and a few little rust spots welding up but nothing too serious.

It will be my trackcar/sprint/weekend car when she's finished. It wont have much of an interior, couple of seats, as trying to keep weight down, and possibly a cage. I hope to have her on the road march/april time.

Im driving a 16v'd S2 106 Rallye at the moment which will be replaced soon with something cheap to run so I can use some of the cash to fund this project.

Have you gone through the DVLA with this. If the original owner wnats it back you could be very fucked!

Yeah it's a GTi/VTS engine conversion... How Peugeot should of built them!

All you need to do is apply to the DVLA for the log book, they do the rest. Once you have the new v5 the old owner can go fuck themselves in the eyes of the law.

I've had S1 Rallye, S1 XSi and now this S2.... All have been 16v aswell!
