Default ABS Problems???

Hi all,

I have a 2i and lately, I have been having some ABS problem.

When I drive the car and ONLY when I drive, I get the ABS light come on very quickly and then go off???? Doesn't happen all the time. Sounds like I get alot of electrical interferance at the same time too. It hard to explain but it a kind of crackling sound each time it comes on and it effects the radio as well???

There seems to be no change in performance of the brakes.

Anyone help????

Thanks.

It could just be the belt tension sensors. There are 2 and are just simple switches with long plates that are meant to run on the belts.
If one or both are knackered then they are about £40 each from Ford (if i remember right)
