right, over the last few days iv had a leaky radiator pipe which is located at the front left of the engine bay , sort of above the cam belt.

the car now all of a sudden wont start and needs a jump start to get things going.
- me stereo isnt wokin either
- on one occasion the rev counter was jumping with the indicator
- the car wont rev above 1500 revs

so basically me car is pretty fcuked ....... not good when ur about to convert to a 2.0L

Can any1 shed any light on the situation.....any help would be appreciated .

thanx people

has your car had any kind of superchip fitted???

I had the same kind of problem with my si.

The car had been fitted with a powerchip!
The car showed the same kind of problems you are talking about.

I took the car to ford and they could not find any fault!

It wasn't until i took my car to a Local Autoelectician that the found the fault.

They removed the chip from the ECU and replaced it with the standard factory one.

All the problems that i were having cleared instantly!!!!

Hope this is of some help to you.
