MK4 EFI no power

MK4 EFI no power

Between 2000rpm and 3000rpm there is no power and the car is jerking .
Changed every sensor on the engine, resetted the computer and still the same.
Anyone any idea?

turn the fuel pressure up on the rail, bust off the tamperproof cap and put allen key in to turn up the pressure 1/2 turn clockwise
