What gearbox do I have?

Daft question I know. It's a MK5b with the 1.6 Zetec SEFI engine. Is it the MTX75?

And what oil do I need for a change?

Nope! Just pop a CV joint out, its not too bad (other the fact theres always that last 100ml or so you'll never get out)
