Default 1.6-1.9 CVH Performance Suggestions and Advice

Hello, I have a collection of CVH engines, I have the following:
1.6 carb
1.6 carb
1.6 carb (and spare ported, decked head)
1.6 High Output carb
1.6 turbo
1.9 EFI HO (and spare 1.9 roller head) (and 1.9 carb setup)
1.9 turbo (flat solid tappets/lifters)

I'm putting the 1.9 turbo in my 1984 EXP turbo and want to do just a few things to it, I don't know if it has forged pistons or rods but that will be something I do to it soon..... Someday I'll switch to the Escort RS Turbo manifold and T3 turbo too. But sooner than later I would like to improve the valve train, I'm looking to add roller rockers and maybe roller lifters/cam but I've been told that "performance" don't benefit turbo engines much. Not sure what you recommend...... I will have the head ported to match the intake and exhaust too.

I'm also building up the 1.9 EFI HO for my 1982 EXP convertible and swapping in a 5-speed. I want it to be as original-looking as possible so I'm keeping the carb conversion I got it with, I'm open to adding bike carbs (I can hide them under the stock air box), something with 40ish CFMs would be swell, again I'm not sure what you all recommend. I'm adding headers, 2.5" exhaust, and will port and level the head but I'm not sure what else you think a 1.9 with rollers should have? Roller rockers would be nice, but not sure where to get them.....
