Hi, second post.
Have a MK6 escort van, it's not bad at all underneath except the U section underneath the back doors (where the bumper mounts and number plate mount) has gone pretty much all the way under and to the back. Does anyone know if this is available as a panel of sorts? Even the bumper brackets? I know a good welder, but would obviously be far easier to use a panel as opposed to making up an L section to replace. Any thoughts?

 

Hi mate I have the same problem with rust, I cannot find any panels either
my thoughts would be to either find a scrap van with a good rear plate panel and cut it off that or just flat steel plate the lot and put a rear bumper on like I will be doing
