hi everybody, ive just converted my mates poorly escort 1.6 si into a 1.8 si.
ive wired it all up and piped it up, and everything bolts in the right places, (appart from starter motor) but it idles like its struggling.

ecu is the same, wiring loom and exhaust manifold too

i have noticed the lamba sensor only has one wire in it and the other 3 wires are broke?

will this cause the problem???

i doubt it will be the management as ive read somewhere they use the same???

anybody got any ideas???
