Removing cement.
Hi
i have 3 spots of cement on the boot of my focus
anyone got any idea how to remove them ? i've tried a 50/50 mix of water and vinegar that i saw on some site but it did not work , but the car smelt interesting lol
i used my fingernails to chip it off until i could get it to the stage where it was paintwork
although i did claim off the insurance form the cement lorry that had splattered it all down the side so it got repainted

You could try a product called Autosmart Congo, it's a dedicated concrete and cement remover.
Here you go, of you find your local rep he'll have it.

When I got cement on mine I used a brick cleaner from Wickes. Allow it to soak for a minute then use a small craft paint brush and gently brush over the covered area. Make sure to wash off as quickly as possible.
OOH nice i've got a wickes close to me , i'll try them before i order that other stuff on the line
sorry watched the internship(replace ship with shit)
Will try it next week, as im off to visit the mum tonight for a week/10 days in sunny devon
