with me being fussy whlie i'm doing the water pump and cambelt i want to repaint the crank pulley. but after looking at all the tins of paint on the local spares shop rack and halfords i've drawn a blank. has anyone any idea what colour is a good match. the nearest i can find is rover padgent blue.

 

go to a proper pain shop/ body shop suplies and they will match that for you
and even put the colour in airosol for you
wasnt the pinto rocker covers in this colour

 

what about the light blue the feistas were or the blue montegos

 

olympic blue or wedgewood blue ( fiesta colour ) both these are too light but i've had a change of plan and i'm going to put refitting it off for a short time and take the time to visit our paint supplier and have it matched up in a rattle can as gouch 1 has said. as for the pinto rocker covers yer thats close but more blue humbrol also do a colour very near but not in a rattle can just the small £1.50 pots so i may end up getting the old air brush out
