Seconded - there is no under bonnet mess that baby wipes cannot clean up and make shiny.

baby wipes are genius, they bring the hoses up looking like new no matter how many oily handprints and marks they have on them

good for cleaning all over the engine bay, wipe-bin-done

I'd go for autoglym bumpercare..

Since wd40 has the need to splatter your engine bay

Diluted TFR would work, but a bio-degradable APC would be excellent

I put mine in the parrafin bath at work and then treat them with bumper dressing, works spot on.
