Default Internet Explorer history?

In XP, is there a way of doing an "in depth" IE history search, other than just the "history" button on the tool bar?

Like going back further... Is there an internal cache or something that lets you go back a long way and shows all websites that have been hit using a particular computer?

In IE, go to

Tools > Internet Options... > General

Here you should find the history section, you can change how long the history is stored for...

Yeah I know how to do that, just wondering if there was a cache or something that stored data for longer than just the "history" section of IE...

Just keep defragmenting your hard drive, that is the sure fire way of going un-detected.

After obvious things like keeping IE history for 0 days and setting temporary internet files storage size to a small amount of megabytes.
