I use Exact Audio Copy with a LAME encoder for mine.

Windows Media Player 10 does it as well.

All the Windows Media Players will rip music from CD's and make them into WMA files (which most MP3 players also play) but I think only WMP 9 and 10 let you rip to MP3...
