any idea on me prob, the computer won't let us use our email acc; and says its closing try restarting your comp; it don't make a diff; and it keeps freezing on me i have norton anti virus and spy bot which has caught something that had cookie or cookie tracking thing any idea this is the longest i have been on the computer with out it crashing Chris

 

Any chance of pasting the exact error message.. and any error code.
I take it you use outlook express as your email client...
