Default Keyboard Diagnostics is Dos???
I have a problem whereby 2 of my cursor keys do not work...

ive had my computer checked and was told it was working perfectly in a DOS test program, so suspect was operating system.

I completely wiped and then reinstalled Win XP only to find it was exactly the same....

Anybody know of any DOS eyboard programs i could use or any other suggestions???

have you checked the keyboard driver / setup , ie its not in spanish layout or something stupid?

Yep...

Its only 2 of the cursor keys....everything else works fine....

Yes...external ps2 keyboard works fine....
