4Gb DDR2 Memory

I know 4gb is probably not a lot if your into your PC's

But I am after some memory for my PC and can be one 4gb DDR2 (240pin iirc?) or 2x 2gb

anyone got any lying around after an upgrade?

sorry mate, sold my 2 old 2gb sticks on ebay, made enough to nearly buy 8gb ddr3. have had a look and that's the one thing I don't have is ram.
