Spent most of yesterday scrubbing it out online & zombies but just can't Chet into it.
Oh, & the fuckin spawn system is the biggest load of poo ever!

 

ive bought it. havent even bothered opening it tbh.......was always into mw compared to black ops. Might have a go tonight. Got it for my kids for when their round at the weekend. Their into the zombies but i never understood why.......

The only futuristic shooter i ever got into was crisis 2. I still play it now. Cant wait till number 3 comes out...... Thats the next big shooter im looking forward to....

agreed the spawns are mental at the moment all i ever got was people spawning behind me and getting shot in the back

Exactly the same with me! It seems now that you can bend bullets aswell, haha.

lol! i have just been informed that it is very poor for everybody so im not going to take mine back just yet but give it a week or so and wait to see when its improved

 

is it the game itself that causes the online problems or technical pish that only geeks and nerds understand to do with the information superhighway?
my MW2 drops games at least twice/thrice a night. i thought that was more to do with the internet provider than the game?

 

i wish i hadnt bought it, selling now for 35 quid, why do they fuck games up? it woul be far better to go back to basics and make an improved cod 4

Ive been chucked from games too, I'm with virgin media, they're latest super hub thingy with 30 meg. Right now I have 27 meg and 29ms ping. I can't see it being the Internet but to answer you fuzzy I don't actually know!

Regarding lag & being thrown out of a game.

Every online game must have a host, whoever the host is has the best Internet connection @ the time of the servers selecting a host, if a host decides to go on gay porn whilst playing then everyone's connection will drop & normally it'll put you into host migration & picks a new host.
Same will happen when a host leaves the game, you'll go into host migration & it'll pick a new host.
If no one has a decent enough connection to support 4-16 players, it'll return everyone to the ore game lobby.


When you're mid way through a game & you get returned to the main menu it's because the host has 'rage quit' by quitting to the dashboard or turning their console off.

 

As I always say, multiplayer games are great during the day if your off work, at night when the salad dodgers across the pond come online it goes shit.

PS3 servers for BlOps poo is down, cant play online...... started single player campaign..... What is this shite? pre-ordered the game so managed to get 40 mins playing online since it came out, but 30 mins of it is playing nuketown. Too much awful spawning going on, and scoresteaks are shite too.

first CoD ive been disappointed in since WaW... BlOps was shite too.

On a lighter note MW4 sounds good already.

 

Online play has been very dodgy, and the weapons seem to be like firing a water gun until weapon level 10.....

 

Got it havent had chance to play it yet..

agreed ive been plowing rounds into someone for them to turn round and shoot me once or twice and im dead.... even tossing concussion grenades dont seem to work in this case.

 

I'm going back the forza and the Xbox till I sort a gaming pc out as the psn is just utter shit , the actuall game I love but the the play station is just wank

 

What is this shite???? the Playstation is just awesome, the PSN is perfect....but the servers for the Blops POO game are fooking awful, lost count how many time the console has crashed during the map loading screen.... just fooking christ how hard is it to play a game.

Glad i didnt get it on Xbox as that console is utter shitness most yanks would of got it on that and i'd say they have more problems playing a game that the PS3... i mean £40 to play a game online a year... sod spunking £80 just to play cod.... consideing going back to Resident Evil 6 if this shit continues.

Then you'd be wrong. There has been plenty of info on the net recently about the playstation server issues and how they have been trying to fix them, nothing going on with the xbox.
Plus xbox live is £28-32 a year depending on how you buy it (that's a massive 61p a week), and you get a lot more than just COD online with it
