Some sites i am visiting after installing XP are saying that i need virtual java machine , what is this ? i have tried downloading it from a link that appears when its saying i need this , but cant seem to download it ..any ideas?

you need to intall service pack 1 which is avaliable from WWW.microsoft.com

 

That only works if you have a perfectly legit copy of Windows XP, or the workaround
