Default Windows XP Language/Keyboard Help

I've just re-formatted my Windows XP.

It was all nice before but I have 1 little glitch this time.

To get the '@' symbol I now need to use the SHIFT>2
Where the keyboard says that key should be " .

It seems that these 2 have swapped places, how do I change it then???

Anybody?

Go into the control panel, regional and language options, then click languages, then click details, and then you should see united states, you'll probably need to add united kingdom, then set that as default, remove the united states one, then reboot ya pc and all's working fine
