i seem to be havin some problems with my pc firstly i cant close internet explorer by clicking on the x in the top right hand corner all i get is a ping sound and my delete button wont work, to delete things ive got to highlight them then press space bar and it deletes it, ive run my anti virus, and norton utilities but it hasnt fixed the prob, anyone got any ideas?

any help appriciated
