i got myself a new laptop and been trying to load livebox disc on to it.when i put the disc in is loads up to start menu but then not go any further no matter which opition i click onto?

 

if you are trying to install it (i have no idea what it is) then go into 'my computer' right click on the cd/drive and go 'explore' then you should see hte contents of the disc. There will be a program called 'install' or 'setup' or along those lines that should get it installing.
