Why when i turn my computer off does it ask me if I want to install updates? It has said it everyday for the last couple of weeks now? everytime I turn it off i tell it to install them when it asks, but it still asks the next day, and the next etc etc. Surely they cant have an update every single day recently? Its on XP btw.

How can i stop this?
