Simple!
Sort out the problem that is causing it, you can select "send error report" then register with MS and they'll try and solve the problem, or point you in the right direction to what it can be!
It pops up normally because a device driver or something simple like that is at fault.

What you need to do (if you have the privalige)
Right click my computer
Manage
Click the event viewer + icon
Application and System logs, these will list all the errors on your pc..... If you can pin point the error message and error ID you are having to one of the logs (likely in application) then we can help a bit more

FPMSL @ computer name
Does that sum it all up?
All just information logs there, nothing to worry about, when they are red that is a different matter
On that popup bar, try clicking on the little dots at the end, either right or left click, see if it gives you any options to remove/disable.
Failing that try going in control panel / addremove programs as it may have been installed there
I would suggest running a good ad aware scan of some sort. You can download them, I use spybot search and distroy, works well

Normally comes from a software conflict. Kazaa was really bad for it. What is the program that gets the error as I didnt see it mentioned above, is it IE?
Reinstalling will not cure the problem if you put back the same software as you will have the same configuration. Find out the problem software, dont click Send Report if you have a dodgy copy.
There is a high chance you have adware if you are running Kazaa as it is notorious for that. Run a trial version of Pest Patrol and see what that susses out.

It's a Windows XP error report. Turn it off (permanently)
To do this:
Go to "Control Panel", Then "System"
Click on "Advanced"
Click on "Error Reporting" and change to "Disable Error Reporting"
You won't get this on any site again, I usually uncheck the "But notify when critical errors occor" also.
While you are here, untick the box in "Advanced" that says "Automatically reboot"

You still suffering Benn ?
From the looks of the last screen grab you posted, your PC is infected with either the about:blank or CoolWebSearch nasties.
Step one is to flush out all the temp files on your system: Unwanted Cookies, Temporary Internet Files and Temp files (you can do this via Internet Explorer's Tools-Internet Options), then do a search on google for "about:blank removal". Its a nasty one which hides itself very well but there are tools out there now that remove it.
To keep it off, get better anti hijack protection and avoid downloading software if you dont know what it is or where its come from.
