I have reinstalled XP Home on my PC and the screen resolution is stuck on 480x680 - MASSIVE PRINT.

It wont change on properties to even 800x600!

I tried a copy of Win 2000 but that did the same - so im now back to XP but in the same boat.

MS Help says try advanced monitor and try changing things there but its still stuck on 480x680.

Any ideas?

Its a Dell 2Ghz GX260 512 RAM 40GBHD

I assume its a PC problem as ive tried 15 & 17 inch screens and both O/S

 

Install drivers for your graphics card.
