there's a free anti virus program out there but i can't remember what it's called

i think it's avg but i'm not at the other house to have a look on the computer

can anyone shed any light on which one it is please?

i use avast but AVG is as good, although I like avast for the fact you can stop/pause separate scanners like instant messaging shields and p2p shields
