Hard to know what to say when you cant actually see the pc for yourself but it sounds fcked chap, without getting all technical with you do you have a windows xp/vista disc? if you do id surgest the easiest method here rather than to try and sort each issue individually(if thats possible) is to back up everything onto cd/dvd or external hard drive then just re install windows and put everything back on.
Might sound like a big deal for someone who isnt "into" pc's but honestly sometimes you have to just say "sod it" and reinstall windows, as i said above sometimes its the much easier option and i know for a fact once you have a clean install of windows it should run fine

The above would work but is abit extreme in the first instance. I would delete temp files, cookies for starters. I would also uninstall flash (theres a tool on the internet somewhere to do this) then reinstall it with newest version from adobe website. The fact it says flash player is out of date has to be a good start. With the new flash, if your still having problems i would then create a new windows account. These weird sort of problems can often be profile specific, so by creating a new profile and logging into the PC as that you eliminate these issues. If it works copy all you favs, my docs etc into the new profile and continue as you were before.

If none of the above helps get some anti spyware programs and do full scan to make sure the PC is clean. Also make sure windows updates are all uptodate. Failing that assuming your using Internet explorer then download firefox and try that. It it works then at least you will know it is a browser related problem.

Hope that helps!

No need to search for the tool to unload flash.

double click to the following location and you will find a flash removal/uninstall exe here. C:\WINDOWS\system32\Macromed\Flash

Then browse to a flash website, I use http://www.archant.co.uk as that's who I work for, and install flash from there.

If this isnt the error, have you installed a popup blocker? If so, disable it and try again.
