Has anyone come across a problem, when they send a message the text changes size & alignment? Its not me its my Dads and he has asked me ti fix it, but I have never come across this problem. Any suggestions?

Only found this when you send a email in HTML format to somebody receiving it in rich text, or vice versa

Tools>Options>Mail format tab

Look at "Compose in this format"

Then click Internet format - then make sure that's the same as above


Otherwise as said, it's the other end.

And ensure that the option to reply to message in the format with which it was sent is unticked.
