hi all im not very good on a pc so im a bit stuck iv just move home and sine i have done so i am now with ntl and have a pc befor i had a lap top and was with bt and it all worked ok but now when i go on the rs web site for my local groop it wont let me post and stuff like that so i tryed to set a new acout up and it wont let me it say invalide sesson return to form can any one helo me please thanks jay

 

Is it only on that one site? everything else works fine?

Secondly what version of windows and what web browser are you using?

 

iv got xp mate and it does it on hear some times it dont show unread post when iv read one not shaw about the browser how will i know what browser a am using

Are you using the NTL/Virgin software that came with the setup?

yes mate im am uing ntl and yea my local group is dershire wot do you mean about the cookies

 

at the very top does it say "Firefox" or "internet explorer"?

Although its probably irrelevant to your problem im just curious which browser you have
