Default Fixed Wireless Broadband

Would this be any good for playing online with my ps3? or would it be like satellite broadband and have a really high ping while playing?

Satellite broadband is very expensive compared to standard broadband and not as fast + bad weather can affect it similar to satellite tv

Im only on 1meg BB as its the fastest i can get out in sticks but i still have very low pings on games(20-40) its the same as my mate and hes on 10 meg you dont need really fast internet to get a low ping clearly

nah I wouldnt use satellite broadband, even if I had to stay with 56k forever lol as you say its expensive to install and then paying each month to use it!

Is that normal broadband or the fixed wireless?? if I could get 20-40 pings id be over the moon lmao

Im not entirely sure what your after but the one im on is normal broadband with an ADSL modem, Orange is the provider

lol thats ok im gonna give this broadband a go lol anythings gotta be better than 56k modem i guess even if its no good for games lol and it will work out cheaper! A LOT cheaper!
