how come whenever i have this installed on my computer i cannot watch any of the videos that are already saved on my computer?
when i try and play them with media player i get an error message.
yet if i uninstall the pc studio my vids work again?

is there anyway i can have the pc studio on my computer and still be able to watch my vids saved on my computer?

its just a thing so i can copy stuff from my phone to the computer and from computer to phone ect

 

Oh right, guessing it's not a nokia that you have then ? Not really sure of a workaround on that, unless you right click on a video file, then select open with, choose whatever player you want and tick "always use this program to play this file" and try it

 

Bit late answerig this but if you still having problems.....

All you need to do is install Real Player.. I have the Samsung studio on mine and it's only Real Player that will play the vids.
