Default internet explorer 7

ive upgraded my internet explorer but i dont like it, is there away if i remove it from add and remove will i beable to download the old school version? little help please

You can remove it from add / remove programs, just click on the add/remove windows componants, scroll down until you see internet explorer, untick it, click apply, or next and follow it through.

Now,

Getting IE 6 back on there could be a bit tricky, Microsoft seem to only list IE7

You could repeat the above steps and see if it installs IE 6, or try this link and see if it's any help ?

Sally there not called older versions just because they look different, I.E 7 has improved security and what not, i dout your issues with it are bad enough to warrant leaving your pc open to threats?

Id screw both 6/7 though and get Firefox, its better than both in many respects and can customize to exactly how you like it and add stuff on like gmail notifier

I've had it with IE7 - just downloaded Firefox and it is kind of familiar and hasn't given me another The Page Cannot Be Displayed thing yet and it seems a bit quicker too.

I'm going to stick with it for a wee while and see how I get on.
