i need something to watch my internet traffic, both up and downstream.... speed and total downloaded etc. anyideas as i dont wanna be paying for anything.

im currently using networktrafficmonitor but if you up or download over 1gb it stops counting.... idealy i would want to be able to log traffic and look back so i can see how much i have used over say the past month.
