Upload it to photobucket, then in your profile, just paste the link

Use either Paint, or Photoshop or the windows imaze resizer to shirnk it down

 

if it's as simple as that, i'll have a go then

 

if i shrink it anymore it won't spin

 

you can get a avatar resizer i had one a while back but cant remember where from, try avatar resizer of web search

 

i've tried loads of these
the problem i seem to be getting is that they all stop it from spinning

or is it me just being thick?
they sizes are right down to , in some cases, only 1.3kb so i'm not sure what i'm doing, i'm even saving them as gif files but they still don't spin
