Does any body know how i can remove this virus

Trojan.win32.startpage.adh

I have tried different adware/virus scans but wont remove it.When i scan the comp they find it but carnt remove it and also if i restart the comp it comes back again

No idea pal, but what programmes are you running to try n kill it?

I run AVG (anti virus), along with Spy Bot (spyware) and Ad-Aware (Spyware/adware) so if you haven't used any of these, give em a try - they are all free and easily found via Google.

Lastly - do oyu know when this happend? If you can pin point a date, you could try doing a system restore to the day before it infected your machine, which might kill it off

 

System restore thing is a good idea, dont know what else to do!!

If that doesnt work then sign up on here www.tech-forums.net/index.php?s= and ask these guys, they know computers inside out on there

 

Have you tried booting in safe mode, then running the virus scan software?
