500bhp RWD Group N Escort Cosworth (PROV SOLD)
Right guys,
After months of deliberating I have decided to sell my escort, I have owned this vehicle for 7 years and have spent allot of time sourcing the right parts, if parts were available new then they were purchased, all second hand parts were the best items available. The car just needs running in and a few odds and sods sorting out (nothing that requires £ just time). To be honest I have lost all interest in cars, priorities have changed I am not prepared to spend any more spare time on this hobby.

A quick overview is – 909 caged shell, rwd, 500bhp engine, pro alloy cooling and fuelling, brembo 360mm 6pots and 330mm 4 pots etc.

Shell - 909 Ford Motorsport shell fully stitch welded and multi point roll cage, it has been bead blasted inside and underneath, repainted (in/out/under) around 3 years ago in Ford frozen white. It has genuine bumpers and spoilers, steel WRC wings, carbon roof scoop with internal vents, mk6 doors, ATL fuel cap, aerocatch bonnet clips, de-badged grill (original item included) small turbo mirrors, Brand new Ford headlights, sidelights, indicators, tail lights, original ford splitter, Plus lots of things I have missed . 8x18" cromodora (compomotive copies) in anthracite or 8x18" compomotive mo's in candy apple green.
Engine & Drive train - SCS bottom end comprising of a new 200 block and standard crank, mahle pistons and shot peened rods, 6 x WRC long studs WRC head gasket, ACL race bearing set, all new gaskets and seals, small turbo baffle plate, NMS Low lag head with new bronze valve guides, stem seals, multi angle valve seats, refurbished and recut valves, 25mm ports, bd14 inlet cam, new followers. GT30.63 turbo with tial 44mm external waste gate, Reyland manifold, screamer pipe routed into exhaust. T5 gearbox and 2wd 7.5” diff (both been in storage for 10 years), shortened and balanced prop shaft. Avo coilovers, 2wd beams, 2wd steering rack, escos anti-roll bars. Pectel T2 ecu, scs wiring loom, coil pack conversion, cam sensor, air2air sensors. Hart inlet, siemens injectors, Etc etc.
Cooling / fuelling - (All Pro Alloy) intercooler with shroud, 100mm radiator, turbo pre radiator, swirl pot, fuel cell with inbuilt swirl pot, spall twin fans with alloy mount, x2 bosch 044 fuel pumps with aero mount, aeromotive in line fuel filter, fuel pressure regulator and reyland fuel rail, goodridge braided fuel lines both feeds and the return all with AN fittings, same goes for the engine bay it’s all aeroquip with AN fittings.
Brakes - Bias pedal box (needs fettling) with AP cylinders and full goodridge brake lines. Front - New brembo Porsche 6 pots with AP 360mm rotors with A1 rallysport bells and brackets and pagid pads. Rear – brembo 4 pots with AP 330mm rotors.
Still to be done - If you want to use it on the road it will need to be registered (got commission tags) registration no is included with sale but it's not assigned as yet.
Running with a SCS base map ( should go to them to be setup once a few miles are pur on the car)
No handbrake.
The car has not been touched for a while but it starts first time every time, no noises or smoke. Since being built it's been photographed for fast ford but hasnt seen a track or road yet! So paint is unmarked etc. Come and view - you will not be disappointed.

Would you be interested in a swap for a 2010 60 Reg Focus ST3 in EO? 15K FSH, RS Bonnet fitted (also have original) Standard bar a decat pipe and K&N panel filter (have cat and std filter) condition is as youd expect a 15k car, as new.

no problem mate, I have the cash there also but it was meant to be for a deposit for a unit but ill have a think, im out of the country for the next 3 weeks so think i will be lucky if its still around.
Have you got any pictures of the inside too, couldnt see any on your photobucket and the other link doesnt work for me either.
