Default 1990 Ford Sierra Sapphire Cosworth 4X4, Moonstone Blue £6000ono (SOLD)

Times has come to let my Cosworth go to a new home

Now with 12 Months MOT and 6 Months Tax

First reg'ed Aug 1990, 6 formers keepers. I've had her 5 years, the previous owner had her for 7.
105k miles, which may go up as i use her daily
Engine was rebuilt in 2009 @ 80k miles, due to more oil consumption than i was happy with.

Lightly worked head
New exhaust valves
New guides
3 angle seats
New .25 pistons and rings
Bottom end lightened and balanced
Grp A and Cometic gaskets throughout
ARP Bolts
Stainless exhaust
Large K+N
T3 with T34 comp wheel, 360 degree bearing and stopgap seal
AH Fab 500 cooler
Pace turbo cooler
803 injectors
3 bar MAP sensor
Silicon hoses
Stainless Bailey swirl pot
Stainless Bailey Header tank
Stainless Bailey Breather
Independant fuel pump and fan looms
Kenlowe adjustable fan switch
GrpA coil
Magnecor leads
044 fuel pump
MSD Stg3 chip with Closed Loop
Greddy AVC-R fitted, set at 1.1 and 1.8 bar. have dyno printouts from reyland, Made 365bhp and 390lbft
Greddy Adjustable dump valve

Body was resprayed in october, looks standard other than the headlight wiper delete and a minor drop. The underside was restored in 2010, with all the running gear cleaned up, check and painted/replaced as nessersary

Interior is as standard, but with a retrimmed black headlining and C pillars, Recent Ford fitted carpet mats, AVC-R screen and an A piller pod with AFR gauge. Speakers have been replaced with Fusion Componants in the original locations

Polybushed throughout
MSD diff mount
Ahmed road springs
Koni shocks
Yellow stuff pads
Uprated disks
Goodridge hoses
Hydro clutch conversion
Alcon 6 paddle clutch.
Front diff strengthening plate

Come with std lattaces with good Hankook Ventus V12s and a set of sharkstooth with excellent Proxes T1Rs

On the negatives,
the rear cluster seals could do with changing, where they came out the other month.
The engine bay would benefit from a tidy up and clean if you wanted to show it off.
The Fogs don't work, as i threw away the loom by accident, when i ditched the headlight wipers. plugs there, just needs a quick wiring up if you want them
Washer level warning lamp has a mind of its own sometimes
Passengers mirror doesn't adjust on the switch

I will get a load more pictures this week, when i get chance to clean and polish her. Only selling as I need to sort some stuff out, and she just doesn't fit where my life is going now.

Possible PX with a Diesel estate

£6000 or reasonable offers

tbh if it was a low miles minter then id expect it cleaned within inch of its life but a good used car i would feel somethings dodgy if it was tonsed up with tyre shine ect , i think its a good honesy car and good honest advert

Lovely car, spot on for the money. If its still for sale in 2 months it would tempt me away from an Evo.
