As long as it's not purely a looks thing... I'd not rule out the Hatchback mate, the boot is bloody big on them.

It is looks as well as needing it for the dogs mate but I'd defo say the estate is pure perfection for an estate car

I do like this car but nothing is selling at the moment, if I sold my M3 I would be taking a look at this. Same story all round though, no one has any money unless it is really low priced.

Gotta go can't put up with the mrs moaning about paddle clutch etc and kirbing the wheels everytime she goes out so lowered price for quick sale if not sold by the end of the month I'll break it still tax and MOT untill April next year does still require welding doing and gearbox or diff have a whine but it's still driven everyday could do with a tune/set up as this hasn't been done since I've had it I just can't afford 2 cars so selling this to get a car for her may part x for the right car please pm me any questions

Im with Andy, DONT break it!! All the good ones are getting broke for bits and all thats going to be left are the shitters that swap hands every 6 months then they eventually get chopped up for bits too.

Think about why it wont sell, its a decent price and regardless of current economic climate these cars have a specific following so there will be people in the market with the cash to buy them. Id look at your adverts, could you word them better, include better pics, advertise in better places? Ebay is full of wasters who want a £10k car for £3k, we all like a bit of bargaining but that place is a waste of time usually.

For the love of god dont send another one to the scrapyard in the sky.....

If this car doesnt sell and it gets broke, its a travesty. its one of the nicest looking saffs ive ever seen, and at the money you want, someone should have teared your arm off by now. if i had the money, id snap your arm off, its stunning.

my advise

its the wrong time of year to sell a car like this, even if you were to break it i doubt you will get what you think all the bits are worth. If you did break you'd sell the running gear & wheels quick and then you'll be left with the bits & pieces which will take months & months to shift, plus the aggro of posting and all the timewasters

i would get a banger to last until new year and take this off the road, and re-advertise next feb time. i will almost guarentee it will sell in the new year

Nothing is selling, look at Tac's 4x4 cosworth, he's now advertised that for 6k

To be honest mate i wouldnt break it , 2 reasons

1,its a nice car
2, you wont see anywhere near your asking price for it in parts , plus you will only sell the nice bits and be left with all the std stuff that just doesnt sell

That should of sold

But as Paul says and a couple agree with me.

Do not break it, the first serious person will probably buy it.

Maybe a fresh for sale ad would help. Get a dozen pics and a nice little write up dine.
