bought this early feb this year as abit of a stop gap as my other car's headgasket went pop, and ive done nearly 7k within that time mainly motorway miles. been very reliable.
taxed: end of july
tested: begining of oct
1.3 hcs engine, done just short of 98k, tappets could prob do with adjusting very nippy suprisingly, clutch peddal's a little low but dosent slip and its been like this for the time ive owned it so could prob be the ratchet,about 1k ago its had new rear wheel bearings, the interior could do with a tidy up,and the body has a few dings and scratches, the rear arches are also a little tatty. but the shell is rock solid dont look like its ever been welded, ie battery and fusebox area, chassis rails,floor pans, boot floor are very good.always starts first time with the help of the manual choke. with a slight tidy up could be a great daily hack for someone, or strip it out and use as a track car with an engine transplant of some sort, all the electrics and heaters are spot on, the car can be available as from this weekend for £280 pm me if your interested.
