mk4 escort cabby 1.8 zetec conversion
MK4 Escort cabriolet 1.8 (130) ZETEC CONVERSION
Parts include:
* Complete 1.8(130) zetec conversion-
* Cosworth replica front bumper with fogs and indicators (not pictured as theyre not fitted yet)- great condition
* Rear tailgate with modified sierra cosworth spoiler
* RS Turbo bonnet- in very good condition
* 17" alloys- they have been sprayed black in the past, looks like with a spray can, also tyres arnt too great.
* Rear brake conversion, althou the car has been off the road since getting it so cant guarentee the calipers are any good, but has the conversion plate and proper cable.
*has a pattern exhaust but its rotten, so will need cutting off as its been welded to a zetec downpipe and replacing
* Electric mirrors/windows, passenger one goes down fine but has problems going up.
Lights have now been removed so not included, paintwork could do with a full respray tbh, whoever had it before had it painted white but its flaking off in places due to poor prep but the bumper is in good condition,has a few dents here and there, also front end has been replaced with pattern panels and not primed very well so has surface rust but as i say needs a full respray anyway.
Have had it running in the past but battery has gone flat so gonna charge it and make sure its still ok, theres no alternator on it at the mo so the waterpump obviously isnt runnng either so cant be left running for too long.
Also has recaro seats which are ok but far from mint, drivers bolster is loose from memory.
Looking at around the £650 mark, but open to sensible offers, if it doesnt sell then will probably end up braking it!!
