mint s2 rst highly modified [new pics added]
hi i am thinking of selling my s2 i have not had it very long but my circumstances have changed and i might have to sell it. to start with the car is mint no rust or rot and never being welded the clocks show 65k which i would say is genuine. the engine was built by ian howell at area six and mapped by ahmed bayjoo at grove garage and features
low compression mahle pistons
efi conversion
stage 3 big valve head
kent cvh34cam
kent vernier pully
port matched inlet
stage 3 t3 with 31 act
2.5 bar map sensor
coil pack conversion
ahmed mappable chip
pro alloy front mount intercooler and twin fans
bailey breather kit
cosworth fuel pump
uprated water pump
full s/s exhaust
samco hoses
and alot of chrome
running approx 230bhp
the gearbox is a stage 2+ with quafe atb diff and ap fast road clutch.
it has koni adjustable dampers and spax -30mm springs. front strut brace and a strengthened front arb and fully polybushed.
the front brakes are 4 pot hi spec calipers on 280mm drilled discs with standard drums.
the wheels were powdercoated 2 weeks ago and new toyo proxes fitted at the same time.
the car has cosworth full recaro leather and matching door panels also a 4 spoke rs steering wheel.
the underside is as mint as on top being fully painted and powdercoated.
this car is in fantastic cond and is ready for the shows with a little work it could easily win concours shows. the car was also featured in fast ford issue 258 october 2007 any questions please pm me anyway i will let the pictures do the talking i will get some better pics when the sun is shining and i will give it a good clean as well.

i built this car along with Alex cabrio and i can say for the money hes asking its a good car if its been treated right since i last saw it.. i would be tempted to buy it back if i didnt have as many cars as i do atm.
underside came up really well i must say as i had the original underseal on it. is it still the factory paint or did mark have it resprayed. quite a few cosmetic changes have been made but each to there own

Very nice car and spec - I'd hold out for a good price
230bhp is just the right sort of power to be blooming quick on the road and relatively reliable for what it is - I would have thought

I think this was owned by a lad called Karl in North Staffs group a while back and had 17" MO's on,lovely S2.
