Here is my pride and Joy RS turbo which i unfortunately have to sell. I have owned the car for the last two and a half years which no expense has been spared. I have had the car modified extensively but tastefully using modifications to not only increase power but also reliability such as converting the car to EFi management last year. As most people who have had a RS Turbo the thing that puts people off these fantastic cars is there reliabiity which i am happy to say has improved masssively since the engine rebuild.

The car has all the original body panels from the factory and has never been in an accident of any type. The paintwork is all original which people may think will be scratched and damaged but myself and the previous owners have kept this example absolutely mint. The car really needs to be seen to be believed. Its stunning and often gets comments made at shows such as "wow thats in good condition" etc etc. The car is registered in the RS owners club and is a regular member at the Surrey group.

As i said before no expense has been spared since ive owned this car. Its been serviced every 3000 miles whether it needs it or not which includes flushing the engine, changing oil, changing oil filter, changing spark plugs, cleaning injectors, changing fuel filter etc. The car has been modified by the very well known Grove garage and produces close to 230bhp with 227lbs/ft of torque. Even though the figures seem high the power is very usable. Through town it can be driven smoothly and calmly but when you get a clear road the car is transformed into a beast by flexing the right foot a little more. The car is all taxed and tested and passes the MOT everytime with a documented 64000 miles. I have a massive file of receipts and bills for everything i have done to the car. As you can see from the specification this is a very special car and has won many trophies for shows over the last 18months which can be seen if viewed. The car has been featured in Fast Ford magazine in Octobers issue last year which was a real highlight in the cars history. The car is never thrashed within a rev of its life, it is enjoyed but more as a driving experience than a quick thrash around town. It can easily and has beaten the porsches, top end Audis etc all off the line to approx 60mph.

well bit of an update on the selling of my car. Had a guy come over this afternoon from midlands to view the car who seemed to be asking all the right questions and was amazed with the car. he looked to be in his mid fourties and asked if i would hold it for him until his wife came back from work abroad in two weeks without a deposit so he could bring her to look at it and give her opinion. unfortunately i said i wouldnt as he woldnt leave a deposit but i said as he made the effort to come down i would call him if i had any offers in the mean time.

finally a bit of good news for me! (fingers crossed) so im hoping although it will be missed the car will be sold in two weeks.
