2.0 16v Nova £700 NOW WITH PICS - SOLD-SOLD-SOLD!!!
Good points (it's a short list!)
COSCAST head
seam welded engine bay
full mot
all welding done (new rear arches)
very good interior
new battery
Bad points (bigger list
)
every panel has something wrong be it dents or rust (even the roof is dented slightly)
steelies - no, not even alloys on this baby...
loud side exit exhaust - probably get you thrown off every track
needs body work and paint - or just leave it alone
brakes are std 1600 size
needs both front wings
and ideally two doors....
it's not taxed
7 owners
doesn't look good from any distance.
But would make an excellent sleeper! ideal for cheap track fun, kick it's teeth in all day long, these engines are vertually unburstable.
may post pictures later for those with strong dispositions.

Here you go, not the most honest pics, it was raining so it looks better than it is.
The good bit - the engine - geos very well, can't remember the mileage though.
Interior - might even get round to cleaning the inside, couldn't be bothered at the moment.
NS rear quater, complete with dent, thanks for not leaving a note (Wanker!)

As you can see, needs visual work, underside is undersealed and solid, exhaust is anoyingly loud
Just have a few little things to deal with, rev counter and water temp don't work, needs levels checking, just stupid stuff.

i have seen this car around Wokingham (well a long time ago!) used to belong to a chap called Andy if im not mistaken.

His car was a 40,000 mile, one owner car, in excellent condition. He actually bought this car when he owned a red GTE, for the interior.
Being a lazy git, he never got round to changing it over!
I had this XE lump and couldn't sell it in ebay for a decent price. I warned the people watching the auction I had a use for it. So I built this sad looking little car!!
We learnt a lot from Andys car, built a 2.0 Corsa and now this. We know what to expect in the conversion.

yeah hes always had Novas hasn't he...
my mate Paul bought a couple off him i think, a white 1.4SR and a 2.0 8v red GTE on black wheels which was well fast!
im guessing you own the garage behind humphries then....?

Exhaust does have a silencer, fat lot of good it does!
I've repaired worse doors, but as there are thousands of novas in th scrappy you should find a mint pair cheap
