Mk2 Fiesta XR2. M.O.T & tax ++ SOLD ++
Mercury grey XR2 standard apart from clear rear lights and ashley exhaust system. Clock reads 96,000, but has no history to support this.
tax till jan. Car can still be heard running though.
Open to offers??/

a bloke off of here said he's been coming for the last week with a trailer but still hasnt turned up. Will deffo let you whats going on soon.

if this sells i have just broken a 58k xr2 with a minter of FULL ENGINE (from airbox to downpipe and everything in between) READY TO DROP IN AND SAVE ALOT OF BOTHER AND MESS

just sold my transporter trailer co si scrapped my estate the only car i had with a towbar
engine complete with carb, airbox, mani, downpipe, as easy as you can get for a swap, even has top mount etc etc £70 mate, all perfect ready to drop in, sparkles inside, 1 owner minter of an engine, not a wiff of smoke or rattles

James, how much would you take for me to take the car off your hands? What condition is the bodywork in? Does it have MOT?

How much for the engine and where abouts are you??
Probably a long shot but I'm considering a run about to keep the FRS off the road during winter, but it has to be cheap to run and reliable, so this wouldn't be sensible but I've always had a thing for MK2 XR2s, preferably red though.

M.O.T till january and tax till january aswell. bodywork isnt to bad, laquer startin to flake on front wings, bit of rust around the fuel filler cap and at the end of the roof gutter.

gotta be honnest mate most of the q's you asked are answered above
but ill answer neways
£70 for full engine totally complete with all ancilleries
in norfolk (nr gt yarmouth)
i may take a near bid on the engine as its not had a huge amount of interest which is dissappointing as ive sold engines nowhere near as good for over 100 many times over with out all the extras still attatched but its on teh drive and in my way so easy come easy go

ffs guys, headgasket is a 3-4hour job, just go down there with the 50 quid worth of bits it needs and a few tools and do it on his drive!

£130 and its yours mate, cant let it go to cheap! i would fix it myself but any days i get off work i spend on my mk2 escort project.
Cant believe it hasnt sold at £150 to be honest, they're getting rare!
