I am sorry to hear about the shit your mate is going through, its just I dont get how this engine used to be 560bhp ( different turbo, injector set up) with the reciept you must have seen that it wasnt cheap! The owner of the engine then had never driven it in anger.
when dan put the engine in he took it to Paul Hills to get everything finalised and mapped to get the best reliable from it on that turbo and injectors. I work with Dan and he is my best man at my wedding iv known him since school and in true honesty I can say that when the car was in his possesion it never missed a beat and he had done and spent everything to keep on top of it.
He has sold the car to purchase a house not to pass it on quick like is mentioned.
I seriously hope your mate gets it sorted and if there is any info I can get you or pass any messages on then PM me as Dan cant get to a computer all the time at the mo.

And as for 560 bhp bit optimistic on that score me thinks espiecaly on a high compresion engine.

Dont know exact mileage. But yeh would say that engine hasnt seen more than 2000 miles, Iv seen what Rizla said and I cant comment as I dont those ins and outs.
Basically all i was getting at was that the engine not missed a beat.
The engine in that spec with with T4 and 8 green was dynoed at 560bhp and 520lb ft torque from the guy Dan bought it off. We also know him and I can vouch for those figures, he is a user on here.
