this is what i found on another forum,

The only difference is the gearbox tail shaft is smaller & would cause the prop to break off ive been informed

The only difference between the 2 boxes is the output flange and rear shaft

The escos uses a longer shaft and out put flange as they use a thinner doughnut on the prop, othere than that there identical

So im after the longer shaft

i want to have a spare complete escort box just to fit when required

you are correct, the escos box has a longer shaft poking out the back

not sure what i've got to be honest though so you'll have to wait till tomorrow and i'll get back to you
