I have a brand new genuine panel, still in the black factory primer

 

thought the genuine one's were grey primer? mine is!

 

the grey primer ones will have come off a replacement shell, the black ones are stand alone replacement panels.

I have a white tailgate, nice but it has a dent in it that would need pulling £60 inc glass and I have a nice white rear fin with most screw covers and brackets £160

£200 together
