Clearly been an update to the website, but as part of it, it seems the "Mark as read" button has gone completely.
If I look at "New Posts", there used to be an option to mark all as read so they no longer showed as new, but this is now missing?

 

Found a workaround - option is available under your profile drop down. Not particularly user friendly, but it'll do
