Im wondering if anyone can help me an ongoing problem that started with my KA about a month go.

I have a street KA 13000miles, serviced in DEC 07, There is a squeak or squeal at the very top of the clutch as it bites, it does it any gear and it doesnt seem to make a difference if the car has been running or not, it has been to the garage and they have greased the engine mount but this has not stooped the problem.

Any suggestions would be most welcome

have u tried greasing the clutch arm mate my mk3 fiesta used to do the same and that was down to arm going dry n rubbing on the box

 

nothing to worry about, some clutches do this, it happens as the driven plate hits the pressure plate
