Most of the part-worn tyres sold in this country are the ones that have reached the higher legal limits elsewhere in europe, then get shipped off here for a second life.
a old mate of mine used to collect failures from germany and sell em here as part worns

they had loads of tread on em, but respect for the german goverment fo getting rid of there old tyre problem,,,,,,,,, sell em to another country as tyres are the hardest thing to distroy safely, they dont rot, ya cant burn em and theres only so many tyrewalls a car track can have, infact i remember when councils where using em as swings ect to help rid the problem

we just need to raise the legal limit and flog em to france where the sell em as part worns
