you'll probably find that theres a simple explination for it all but i cant really see him being able to do much really except kick up and fuss couse a bit of hassle and get nothing in return.

if he did try and get the car back i cant really see it holding up as u've had the car for months now and its not like its been reported stolen so thats the first thing the police will ask, why's it taken so long for him to report it.

and lets face it its not exactly like the cars brand new and is worth ££££ so its not exactly the sort of car that u would risk stealing and try keeping as ur own.
